Dj Linda self titled kasi-groover, born and raised in the streets of Soweto, South Africa. Grew up to a variety of musical tastes but was hooked on a brand late in the 80s when I was 10 yrs or so. Frankie Knuckles, Chaka Khan, Ten City, Inner City, Londonbeat are just some of the artists that brought some nice flavoured soulful sounds that I fell in love with. Bought my first ever house tape at the age 12, my first record (vynil) in 1998, was taught to mix by one of the greatest Dj Mbuso in 1999, went on to play everywhere. won a lot of Dj knockout competitions. I have featured in many clubs in johannesburg, I started my own site to be able to share my musical journey with the world after being influenced by Michael Fossati of the Spirit of House, Garage family, Davide Maffei and a lot of other online dj communities. Today Dj Linda is a Dj/Producer/Jack of all musical trades.
